MINIMUM ORDER OF $100 TO QUALIFY FOR WHOLESALE PRICING

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Trade clients will receive 30% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. We define retailers as businesses selling our products to the public and trade clients as those serving our products to the public as part of, but not limited to, packages associated with their business. An example of a trade client would be a Bed & Breakfast using our products as part of a complementary breakfast. Wholesale orders subject to verification to insure wholesale and trade client rate eligibility. We are a small business and ask for honesty in describing your business. Those found to violate their selling terms after the fact will be ineligible for reorder and charged the difference between their invoice and retail rates. 

 

ORDER WINDOWS

Orders must be placed by:

Mondays at 10am for Wednesday pick up or delivery and by Wednesday at 10am for Friday pick up or delivery.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@berkshirebakes within cut off  hours or changes can not be guaranteed.

PAYMENT:

All customers are on COD terms. If otherwise noted, we may accept 15 day terms. 

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and checks are all accepted forms of payment. 

Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee to the balance every 30 days past due. 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Inform our driver if you believe you have received a damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory order. Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept damages/defects reported after deliveries have been signed for.  It is the responsibility of Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all products delivered matches its order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. To be returned products will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt.
